Reprints/Refunds
We guarantee
100% satisfaction with our printed products.
If
you are not completely happy with your item/s due to the quality
of printing, we will either re-print the item/s FREE of charge or you can return the item/s for a full refund of the printing costs within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you used our standard free shipping your entire invoice will be refunded. Special expedited or international shipping is not refundable.
If
everything's perfect except for a typo
As
an additional service to ensure your product isn't ruined by a typo.
We will pay for half of any reprint out of our own pocket if your
proofing and our proofing doesn't catch a mistake in time.
